One day I woke up and realised the only person I can blame is myself and the only person who can fix it is me. So I did.

Eat the right foods.. proteins, vegies, fruit and water, nuts, wholegrains and seeds! Have an eating schedule. Eat like a king for brekkie, a commoner at lunch and a pauper at dinner. Don&#039;t eat sugar or carbs (includes fruit) after 2pm. Don&#039;t snack on anything with artificial flavours, colouring, additives, sucrose, fructose, glucose or saturated fat.
Exercise every day! For an hour! Walk, run, bike ride, swimm... just do it!
